Som vanligt hade vi diskuterat v\u00e5r kalender i flera m\u00e5nader men till slut var det d\u00e5 \u00e4ntligen dags att \u00f6ppna den f\u00f6rsta luckan. L\u00e4ngst ner i artikeln kan ni l\u00e4sa en beskrivning av de b\u00f6nor som vi tyckte var extra sp\u00e4nnande. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaffeadventskalendern.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kaffeadventskalendern<\/a> \u00e4r en v\u00e4ldigt trevlig f\u00f6reteelse som funnits sedan 2016. Alla b\u00f6nor rankas p\u00e5 en skala mellan 1-100 och de som hamnar \u00f6ver 80 f\u00e5r anv\u00e4nda tituleringen specialkaffe. Av allt kaffe som produceras s\u00e5 hamnar ca. 5-10% i den kategorin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som alltid \u00e4r en kedja aldrig starkare \u00e4n sin svagaste l\u00e4nk och i Sveriges fall handlar det ofta om hur vi rostar och tillreder kaffet. Rostningen \u00e4r ofta kraftig vilket tar d\u00f6d p\u00e5 den lilla upplevelse som en lite s\u00e4mre b\u00f6na har kvar. V\u00e5rt tips \u00e4r med andra ord: G\u00e5 lite utanf\u00f6r boxen och testa ljus mellanrost eller till och med ljusrost. Vi lovar att ni kommer f\u00e5 en helt ny upplevelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det andra problemet \u00e4r sj\u00e4lva tillredningen. Den vanligaste metoden \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda f\u00e4rdigmalet kaffe i en bryggare som inte klarar av att h\u00e5lla r\u00e4tt temperatur. Det \u00e4r dock n\u00e5gra saker som \u00e4r extra viktiga oavsett vilken metod man v\u00e4ljer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>K\u00f6p en bra kaffekvarn. Det finns ingen \u00f6vre gr\u00e4ns f\u00f6r hur mycket man kan betala f\u00f6r en kvarn men en v\u00e4ldigt prisv\u00e4rd kvarn att b\u00f6rja med \u00e4r Wilfa WSCG-2. Den r\u00e4cker inte till f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra espresso men funkar utm\u00e4rkt till alla former av filterkaffe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Var noga med temperaturen. Vattnet skall vara mellan 93-95 grader och om utrustningen ni anv\u00e4nder inte har en inbyggd termometer s\u00e5 kan man med f\u00f6rdel anv\u00e4nda en vanlig k\u00f6kstermometer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reng\u00f6r utrustningen ofta. Kalkavlagringar och gamla kafferester \u00e4r ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rst\u00f6ra kaffet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedan f\u00f6ljer ett enkel s\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra en pour-over men det finns m\u00e4ngder av andra varianter om man vill lyfta fram specifika aspekter av smakpaletten. I instruktionen s\u00e5 anv\u00e4nder vi lite specialutrustning men det g\u00e5r precis lika bra med en vanlig filterh\u00e5llare i plast och en elektrisk vattenkokare.
